Extending the Experience
Programs, workshops, and journeys
Workshops Connected to the Exhibition
Biophilia & Art offers workshops, programs, and journeys that bring the discoveries of neuroaesthetics into daily life. Guided by Dr. Koncha Pinós, these experiences invite participants to explore beauty, perception, and consciousness through art, forests, water, and contemplation.
Biophilia and the Passion for the Green– exploring how cultures relate to nature as source, not background.
- The Song of Birds and Well-being– discovering how natural sounds affect the brain and emotions.
- The Consciousness of Water in Art– based on research with the Masaru Emoto Institute in Tokyo, showing how water receives and expresses the vibrational imprint of artworks through crystals.
- Jungles and Forest– an immersion into art, consciousness, and the urgency to protect our living forests.
These workshops turn exhibitions into living laboratories of perception.
Guided by Dr. Koncha Pinós,
Retreats & Nomadic Journeys
- Japan– forests, temples, and meditation retreats during cherry blossom and autumn leaves.
- Tibet– walking among sacred mountains, where silence becomes the teacher.
- Patagonia– exploring the raw immensity of the southern wilderness as a mirror of inner vastness.
- China– meeting the Taoist and Confucian landscapes where philosophy and nature converge.
- Bhutan– discovering a culture where happiness and mountains are inseparable.
- Mongolia– entering the nomadic steppes, learning from the horizon as a school of perception.
These journeys are not tourism: they are pilgrimages of perception, where participants return transformed.
If You cannot travel
Online Programs
For those who cannot travel, Biophilia and Art offers online courses such as:
- Neuroaesthetics – The Science of Beauty
- Jung and the Archetypes of Nature
- Consciousness and Ecopsychology
- Meditation and the Art of Perception
Each course combines theory, practice, and contemplation, extending the reach of the project to a global community.
Why Join?
Because these programs are not lessons about art—they are experiences of art.
They ask participants to feel, to create, to meditate, and to reflect, discovering how beauty can reshape both the mind and the world.
✨ In this way, Biophilia and Art becomes a living practice:
a book you can read, an exhibition you can walk through, and a set of experiences that you can inhabit with your whole being.
